Had a great week, started m’ new job
Germ-ridden sickness, m’ joy it tried t’ rob
Now it’s a’ time to rest my stuffy ol’ head
So instead of bloggin’ longer, I’m off to m’ bed.
If you, just like me, didn’t this week feel yer best…
Remember that God Himself even took some time t’ rest.
And on the seventh day God finished his work that he had done, and he rested on the seventh day from all his work that he had done. So God blessed the seventh day and made it holy, because on it God rested from all his work that he had done in creation. Genesis 2:2-3

May those nasty germie gremlins fly away real quickly. Yes, God rested on the 7th day, and even Jesus said to His disciples, “Come apart and rest a while.” Or, to paraphrase it, “Come apart and rest a while, or you’ll come apart.” xx
Praying you get better and plenty of rest.
My first thought was to write “may you rest in peace” but then thought that sounded morbid as in RIP. that is not what I mean, so instead, may you be refreshed and revitalized in your rest and in your health! 🙂
