Hi! I think your comment got cut off?
This is so creative and touching!!! I have never seen something like this before. Thank you!
Oh thank you! I am glad it touched your heart. The Lord is inspiring! Annie 🙂
Yes, inspiration comes from te Lord! ;D
By the way…I have hit your site several times, but never realized until just the other day I wasn’t subscribed…I am still a baby blogger, so forgive me. I get a LOT of motivation and inspiration from what you share…so thank you, thank you, thank you! Annie
your comment “baby blogger” gave me the giggles…
in a way, we are all beginners. there are things I dont know. i’ve been at this for just over a year now. but your blog has some real genius! congratulations and keep at it! may God increase your impact!
🙂
🙂
Truly amazing… you’ve captured all of it… in pictures.
It was absolutely awesome to do this – I went to a place while creating this, with and in Him, that I haven’t really ever been to before. And it was AWESOME
Amazing photography; heart felt for certain; in fact, filled with the Genius of Spirit: the Holy Spirit!
Ahhhh thank you and blessings to you today and this week! Anne B 🙂
Aaah…thank you much! I am thankful for the ability to be on here and communicating with others about how great our God is! Annie 🙂
Interesting. I had just put on random music to listen to while I tend to some computer work … Barber’s Adagio for Strings was playing when I got a referral to this blog. VERY powerful! Love the progression and, of course, the Power behind it!
Blessings and peace!
Thank you and blessings to YOU! Annie 🙂
Thanks, Annie. I have a prodigal son who has twice reached a place of what we thought was brokenness only to bounce right back into messes. This honest photo testimony really gives me renewed hope! What He did for one, He’ll surely do for another! Thanks!
Oh absolutely, my friend! Bless your heart and I will lift you and your family up to the Lord today! Love out to you and blessings and prayers too!
Thanks! Raised him in Truth and believing God is bringing him back! I shared your post on Twitter–hoping it blesses others, too!
In the fight for His glory!!
Thank you for sharing sweet lady! Hope you stay blessed today!
Oh, my goodness. You are so talented and gifted! Thank you for sharing that with us. You tell my story, too.
Oh thank you…you know, I have been painstakingly looking for images that make it clear we can reuse them, there are not copyright restrictions, etc. It’s HARD! But God always blesses. If you have any tips for me, I’d love to hear. I don’t want that aspect of things to make this less than a blessing for others or for me!
great imagery – pictures do say a thousand words. It is the Gospel in imagery.
Annie – Just be sure you have permission to use them all or they are not violating copyrights. If you don’t, that is against the law and you can be sued. So please take them off and subscribe to a stock photo site where you pay for the license to legally use the photos. May God bless your witness to His mercy.
Hello! Aah, thank you so much. I really love your writings. Yes, I have been painstakingly checking that out with the images I have been using as I learned that not all that were “out there” that said they were copyright free really were! Please let me know if you see any that I have made any mistakes about that you know of…I have been sticking to the ones that need no attribution and say they are copyright “free for reuse” – mostly from Microsoft and Morguefile and Pixabay. There are a select few I use that do ask for attribution. It’s complicated isn’t it? What do you do for your images? Do you just stick to one site? I would love to learn from you, as it all makes me nervous, even when they say we are free to share.
Wow, absolutely beautiful and powerful. Thank you for sharing Jesus in such a powerful way Annie. You’re obviously an artist! Thanks for visiting my blog and I’m glad our lives have touched.
Oh, thank you so much, I am glad you were blessed by it. You know, it’s just harder to paint the whole picture in words, but I feel it’s important to address the hard stuff…that way, people know how FAR Jesus goes to pull us closer to Him. Blessings to you and I shall continue to check yours out – thank you for being a blessing to us! Annie 🙂
Thank you. And thanks for the sources for free photos! That will really help me – I spend hours trying to find good photos that I can use at home and work.
Oooh, yay! I am glad it helped!
I just saw my life flash before my eyes. Brilliant!
awwww thank you and I am glad you were blessed by it….too hard to get that much information into text, so I thought I’d use the photos from the sites that say we can use them – it was actually a real blessing to put that together! Blessings to you!

Amazing story in pictures. But… you’re life doesn’t have to work like this if you’ll stay in relationship with the Father.
What a wonderful and unique way to tell a story:) Thanx for stopping by and liking my “simplemeditations” blog–God Bless
Aaah thank you, and I will continue to check out your blog! It’s a blessing!
This is a moving testimony. What was the moment, event, or person that brought the change to follow Jesus?
Well, I think, honestly, it was when I found that my mother was going to pass away – her cancer was terminal, and about five years ago, when she was moving toward the end, I realized it all…that I needed to make Him the LORD of my life, the CENTER….that turning from sin and all the past was crucial. He brought me back to Him through that whole experience. I am so very grateful.
Isn’t it marvelous how He pursues us, even with all our sin and failure? I’m so glad you are sharing this with the world.
God is Good!!!
Thanks Annie, this is very special. It is so inspiring to see what the Lord has brought you from, through, and to.
Every blessing to you and your ministry! Thanks for visiting wordimagery.

Steve

Pixabay is great! You just scroll down on the right of the image and make sure the author hasn’t asked for attribution – nine out of ten times, they don’t.. Thank you for the encouragement – blessings to you too and have an awesome week in the Lord! Annie B 🙂
An awesome visual testimony!
I am glad it blessed you and thank you for the encouragement! May you be blessed today and every day! Annie 🙂
That may be the most amazing testimony I have ever seen thank you.
Oh my goodness, thank you! I am glad it blessed you. It took a very long time to find the right images, and ones that were not bound by copyright restrictions, etc. God held my hand all the way through that adventure, just as He has through my whole life. Thank you for the encouragement and the blessing today! Have a great day, friend! Annie 🙂

Aaah…God is blessing me through you, friend. Thank you for the encouragement. I love telling stories with images, and it has been a challenge to find the right ones with all the copyright laws. Anne,
This is very good and very creative! Thanks for sharing it! 🙂
As I was going through all the pictures of your testimony, it reminds me of a post I wrote called The 3 Objections: http://evenifministries.wordpress.com/2012/08/29/the-3-objections/
It is the day of judgement and 2 people stand before our Lord . . . and the Accuser (Satan) . . .
I would like to reblog this with your permission?
Absolutely! Thank you for reading and for sharing. Blessings to you! Annie 🙂
Ooh! Thanks for sharing…I am checking it out right now! Annie 🙂

Thank you! I am hoping one day to have one of our worship leaders put music to it…then put each piece on an individual powerpoint slide…it’s fun! And it is awesome to hear from someone whose mind and heart translate the inspiration from the Lord in a similar way! Bless you dear lady! And thank you for the encouragement – keep up what you are doing for the Lord! Whoo Hoo! Annie 🙂
Tx Annie for dropping by and encouraging. I’m just starting. Hope you’ll take time to listen to the audio file! I love the idea of these pictures. Awesome. Blessings

Wow! Isn’t the Lord great how He turns our lives around and leads us to Him. Lord Bless. Today is my 53rd Spiritual Birthday. My photos would not be the same, but the truth that only the Lord is our Salvation is the same.
Ah, yes…we all have traveled differently, yet with Him we travel towards the same beautiful destination! Praise the Lord!
Hi. Just love this arrangement. Im going to show it to my church on Sunday. Is it downloadable? Tx
I am so sorry I have not gotten to reply yet – I have been working like crazy and haven’t been able to be attentive to the comments on the blog. Thank you so very much – how encouraging you are to me. You are more than welcome to show it to anyone you wish. I just go to google and type Eyes Wide Open Anne’s Testimony in Pictures, and the link pops right up for it. https://ambirkelo.wordpress.com/2013/02/03/pictures-paint-the-words-better-than-i-can-annes-testimony/
Be blessed today and this week coming up. Let me know if you show it to the church if others are inspired by it and if anyone asks for prayer so I can pray for them, K? Bless you!
Tx Annie. Yes, I did indeed grab most of the pix and comments and string it into a ppt presentation. Everybody liked it and was touched. Two of the ladies were challenged to begin blogging and I’ll put them on to you as soon as they become bloggers. The youth simply loved it.
Hope you get to listen to my audio devos. I put them out Mon-Fri. Be blessed. Ed
Well, awesome news! That is how I have envisioned doing it too if I ever present it to my church or anything – I was thinking of having our worship leader put music to it too. I am glad you did that and that the youth, especially were inspired. And that is great that some ladies wish to blog now! Nice! I can’t wait to spend some time listening to the audio devos – I hope to do so tonight a bit after running errands. Thank you, dear one – you are an inspiration and a blessing! Annie 🙂
The path is a beautiful one. Thank you for sharing your amazing journey. Much love.
Oh, thank you. You encouraged me today. God is so beautiful – I pray you are blessed by Him greatly today!
Just beautiful Annie. Thank you.
Really interesting, excellent.
🙂 Bless you!!!
Inspired. So very insightful.
Oh, thank you. I really learned a lot with the Lord as I was creating that. It was very good for our relationship!
This was so great! I am a lover of connecting the pictures with the words! You did it perfectly!
Well done. How powerful is a personal testimony no matter how it is presented. My first seeing it done like this and I thought it was captivating.
Oh, thank you! I can’t tell you how good it was for me to do this with our Lord….it was very growth-inducing! He is so awesome!!!!
Loved your testimony, so well put together!
Thank you – it was very good for me to do that with the Lord…it took much longer than it takes to write it! Be blessed in Jesus today!
I think that finding the right pictures to make our heartfelt words come alive is a form of therapy. This was perfect.
It is hard to find the right ones, isn’t it?
Wow. I toured this again! So worth the time!
🙂
